A former English National Ballet dancer, Therese now runs Regal Ballet, a ballet school where all the teachers are either current or former professional dancers.

As well as nurturing the next generation of ballet stars, Therese ensures the school’s students learn valuable lessons around being healthy, self improvement and striving to better their skills.
